Policy Governance Rules (Register Control) 

To accompany the register, this standing rule applies.  

Policy Governance Statement 

  1. All Club policies are subordinate to the Constitution and the Associations Act 2003 (NT). 

  2. Policies may be created, amended or rescinded by resolution of the Management Committee unless otherwise required by law. 

  3. Policies must be recorded, version‑controlled and made available to members on request. 

  4. In the event of inconsistency between policies, the Committee may resolve which policy prevails.
