Code of Conduct
SCHEDULE TO THE CONSTITUTION
Code of Conduct (Clause 59)
(1) Members of the Club, shall conduct themselves in accordance with this Code of Conduct.
A member shall not:-
(a) use offensive language or abuse any coach, club official, player, umpire match day off cial or spectator.
(b) make a public nuisance of oneself before, during or after a scheduled official event.
(c) Cause any act or misconduct that is detrimental to the best interest of the Club.
(d) Enter the playing ground on match days without authorisation or otherwise paying an entrance fee.
(e) Act in conflict of the Liquor Licensing Regulations of the Nightcliff Sports Club.
(2) On receiving a report of any breach of conduct set out above, the Committee will give an alleged offender the opportunity to submit a written explanation within 7 days of the reported incident.
(3) This Code of Conduct applies specifically to the behaviour of members within the Nightcliff Sports Club, and boundary of the Nightcliff Football Ground, and at other venues where AFLNT matches or events are conducted. It is expected however, that members of the Club will conduct themselves in all places, and at all times, in a manner that will reflect well on the club.

Code of Conduct
(1) Members of the Club shall abide by the Code of Conduct at all times. The Code of Conduct is set out in the Schedule.
(2) On receiving a report of a breach of the Code of Conduct the alleged offender shall be given the opportunity to submit a written explanation to the Committee within 7 days of the incident.
(3) The Committee may choose to apply the grievance procedures set out in Clause 58 above or in serious cases can determine to suspend to terminate a member.
