Code of Conduct Policy 

Sets behaviour standards for members, officials, players and volunteers. Includes Code of Conduct Handbook (includes DVAP – Section 6)

Manages real or perceived conflicts in decision-making.

Member Discipline Policy 

Provides fair process for complaints, suspension or expulsion. Includes the Behaviour and Disciplinary Sub-Committee Handbook 

Grievance & Dispute Resolution Policy 

Internal dispute handling consistent with natural justice 

Privacy & Information Handling Policy 

Protects member data and records 

Records Management Policy 

Controls storage and retention of club documents
